Join Our Team

At KO-NEKT, our staff play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Additional Support Needs to build confidence, friendships, independence, and life skills in safe and nurturing environments.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

At KO-NEKT, we are committed to supporting the ongoing growth and development of our staff team. Employees have access to a comprehensive online learning platform featuring over 105 digital training and CPD courses that can be completed flexibly in their own time.

The platform provides opportunities to build knowledge, strengthen professional practice, and develop skills across a wide range of topics relevant to health and social care, safeguarding, wellbeing, and personal development. Whether refreshing existing knowledge or exploring new areas of interest, staff are encouraged to engage in continuous learning throughout their journey with KO-NEKT.

Our Commitment to Fair Work

At KO-NEKT (Childcare) CIC, we are committed to embedding the principles of Fair Work throughout our organisation. We believe that positive workplace culture is built on effective communication, respect, opportunity, security, and meaningful involvement in the workplace. We aim to create an environment where staff feel listened to, supported, valued, and empowered to grow both personally and professionally. Through ongoing learning opportunities, open dialogue, flexible and supportive working practices, and a strong focus on wellbeing, we strive to ensure our team members can thrive while delivering high-quality support to children, young people, and families.

Our approach is guided by Scotland’s Fair Work Framework, which recognises that workplaces are strongest when staff are treated with dignity and respect, have opportunities to develop, feel secure within their role, and are encouraged to have an effective voice within the organisation.
