Service Manager (North Lanarkshire Service)

KO-NEKT is seeking a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead and develop our North Lanarkshire ASN service, supporting children and young people aged 5–25 with Additional Support Needs (ASN). This rewarding role involves overseeing a team of ASN Support Practitioners, coordinating high-quality person-centred support, and building strong relationships with families, professionals, and partner organisations. You will play a key role in ensuring positive outcomes for young people through effective leadership, operational management, and a commitment to inclusion, independence, and relationship-based practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in social care leadership who is passionate about making a meaningful difference within a supportive, values-led organisation dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people.
