North Lanarkshire

KO-NEKT is proud to offer flexible, person-centred support directly within the North Lanarkshire community for children and young people aged 5 to 25 with Additional Support Needs—no diagnosis required. Our support options include 121 Support, 221 Support, Transitional Support, and Home Support, all designed to meet young people where they are, both developmentally and geographically. Whether at home, out in the community, or during key life transitions, our team empowers young people to build confidence, independence, and essential life skills through meaningful activities and consistent, compassionate care.

Kayleigh
Service Manager (aka The Comeback Queen)I joined KO-NEKT in 2024 as a Support Worker and, just 12 months later, stepped into the role of Service Manager – and I’ve never looked back! With a BSc in Psychology and a passion for people, I bring frontline insight and lived experience to every decision I make. Having worked directly with our children and young people, I understand what truly makes a difference. That’s why I’m 100% committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support – not just for our service users, but for their families and our incredible team too. Whether I’m planning services, supporting staff or diving in on the ground when needed, I’m all about connection, consistency and care. When the tough get’s going, I get going!
