🌟What is it all about?

The Family Links Nurturing Programme is designed to help parents / carers to understand and manage feelings and behaviour to strengthen their family unit.  Through interactive sessions and expert guidance, parents / carers will gain skills to help the challenges of family life.  Including:

  • Promoting benefits of an emotionally healthy family unit
  • Meeting local community representatives to discuss what help, services and activities are available within the community
  • Benefitting from a variety of holistic therapy eg massage, reflexology etc
  • Free flexible active play for your child / young person within our Play & Skills Centre in Ardrossan


👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who can attend?

Parents and caregivers of children and young people (aged 5 to 25 years) with additional support needs (no diagnosis necessary).  Self-referral’s welcome.

Our Home Support services offer practical and emotional support to families in their own environments. This could involve helping parents develop strategies to manage daily routines, providing respite care, or simply being a listening ear for those feeling overwhelmed. By offering support at home, we help ease the pressure on families, allowing them to better support their loved ones.
